Shame on you, GGG!

For a company with so many paying customers, your customer support is beyond disappointing—it's downright miserable and unacceptable. We’ve been waiting for answers to our questions for days with no response. Many of us have spent hundreds of euros and dollars to support you, only to be treated with a complete lack of respect.

My case is beyond ridiculous. I purchased your game through Steam and spent around 40 hours playing. For some unknown reason, Steam refunded the purchase, and my account was suspended. I’ve since repurchased the game, but I’m still locked out. I even had to create a second account just to try and contact you!

I know you don’t resolve issues through the forum, but I want you to know how deeply frustrating and unacceptable this is—not just for me, but for many others as well.

Ngl I kinda regret paying with Paypal/Xsolla instead of credit card, as the latter option would allow me handle with GGG's intended ignorance easier. A more-than-decade-old account? It ain't matter anymore with their "aren't you thankful" mentality.

I just want my $160 back, and never touch their thing again, ever. Even some of those money-grabbing companies are doing better than this.

yeah your right. Email issues can be fix if they upscale it. I believe they are registered through GMAIL?
