Trial of the Sekhema fire trap bug

Okay, there is 0.0% chance that it is intended. The fire trap that shoots a straight line out of fireballs with a gap in it HAS to be bugged. If I as much as BRUSH it with a messed up roll, it straight up one-taps me through 3000 honor / 2500 HP. Not sure which, cause it is instant.


I have no problem beating absolutely every other thing in the trials except that fire trap and the spinny one, that is just a PoS to dodge, because you also placed traps around it, so sometimes there is straight up no angle where you avoid both.

I’ve been experiencing the same issue. With a 7k HP pool and 11k honor (lvl 75+ area), my health just melts away. It seems to only affect me in party—one time, I died while standing still near the trap. My friend walked into it and took the hit, but somehow the damage killed me, almost like it was area damage. My friend wasn’t affected at all.

Also the same thing goes for that swarm area attack from the pot enemy, but that maybe isn't a bug, I've been trying to get my ascendency for 2 days now, feels bad to be lvl 85 and still missing those 2 points

Another fire trap bug but this time it's opposite.

Trap seems to be shooting fireballs but those insta explode. Those don't make dmg at all. Seems to be a terrain bug in the trial.

Also having this problem; Fire traps keep one shotting me in less than half a second. And sometimes there's just no way to avoid 8 beams and 5 traps placed all together. I got maxed fire res, charm for fire and ignite. And still I get obliterated..

I think they got adjusted, but if you still got trouble - there are cheap relics that have reduced trap damage and / or % max life on them. Either farm those or buy them, either should be fairly fast. One small relic can reduce the damage by up to 20% I think, which means you can basically negate traps altogether with a few of those.

Also - there is a cheap unique shield with max fire res, that helps as well.
