I bought some stuff but appearantly i cannot use em in poe2

Hi im Ancuess,

      I just started playing path of exile 2 and i am new to the game. I bought a "settlers mystery box" and" madcap wings" from your shop page. In game it says "this transaction is not supported in this game version" i guess the items are for path of exile 1 and the problem is there is no sign at your shop page for the stuff if can be used for path of exile 2 or not. So can you take them from me and refund my points back please?

note: i already mailed to support but no one replied.
