Low tier waystones dropping in high tier waystones

To start I just want to say I am loving a lot of things about POE 2. Its challenging its different and I know its just the beginning of where this game is going.

That being said.....

There is nothing more annoying then juicing a T16 waystone to drop more waystones only for those waystones to drop as T1-T8. It just feels like I'm wasting my time grinding content my character has already proven it can do and its yielding little to no benefit. I don't want to run low level waystones to grind my way back up to hopefully get a T13-T16 waystone. From my personal experience I'm spending my low level waystones to path to Boss/Breach to then spend my high tier waystones to hopefully sustain high tier waystones. But in my time doing that I'm wasting hours running low to mid tier waystones to get the chance at a high tier one. This is just artificially increasing how long it takes to progress in the end games. Its not enjoyable. This reminds me of the whole reason T17s were introduced into POE 1 so players have a challenge and not to waste their time doing low level useless content they don't need anymore. And the fact that characters move so slow just magnifies this issue because if i could blast through the lower tier waystones id probably not be complaining but it takes 10-25 min to run a single waystone because of how fast characters move.

Exciting and fruitful endgame content should not require an hour or more of blasting low-tier waystones unless there are objective reasons to run the lower tiers.

End game is lobotomy at this point and instead of addressing the real issues, they do a streamer giveaway event.

This is why towers and boss tablets is a thing.
You juice up your map with guaranteed boss, because bosses drop higher tier stones.

Yeah well unfortunately it's just another case of git gud, you should be able to sustain T15 maps without issues and reach a point where you have too much of them, at that point you don't care if lower tiers drops and you'll use T15 maps on every single nodes because you have plenty.

If you can't sustain them right now, it's probably one of the following reasons:

1. You die a lot
2. You didn't spec your map points into more waystone drops
3. You use white or blue maps
4. You try to go up in tiers too quickly; don't do a T15 map if you only have a handful of them, do more T14s until you get more T15.
