POE 2 ascension trial curel 2

did the trial of ascension and after beating the trial of strength not able to load into trial of will saying I need to make a new instance ebcause of loading issues with the map. After loading a new instance,going into character select and closing and opening the game nothing fixed this issue. Thought maybe ending trial would help me reset it but now I cant go back into it and I have the ascension trial quest active the entire time to search the passage of thiefs and rebeating the side boss there 3 times now and she won't drop the quest item. there anyway to fix this or I just lost out on two sub class points?
