Trying to link xbox and PC accoutn and use the one time merge.
I sent an email 2 weeks ago about not being able to link my xbox and Steam accounts with no resopnse. I know they're super flooded right now but it does feel bad that there isn't even an auto respondse to my email I sent in to support. I couldn't link my Steam and my Xbox oroginally due to it saying that I had to go through an unlock process but I could not find that process anywhere. In order to change my PW I had to add an email and now it says that I can't add this login methond to this account. I'm assuming because they are now both tied to different email addresses.
I'm seeing some responses from staff on here so I'm hoping I can get this looked at. Last bumped on Dec 16, 2024, 12:22:36 PM

well just a heads up once you actually link your accounts you'll have to email them again to do the one time mtx merge and im at 21 days waiting for them to finish the process gl exile

If you were just wanting to do the link/merge you probably wont need to contact them again after they fix it but if you were wanting to move all mtx/purchases from pc to xbox or xbox to pc into one account after they fix your issue then you will have another long wait....just wanted to clear up what i was talking about as i may have misunderstood what you were asking to be done anyways gl exile

I asked them to merge all of the MTX on my email as well. I'll make sure to send another one right now though and mention it again.

No dont send multiple emails it will put you farther in the queue this was in a email i received from them and i had only replied to proceed with the transfer 22 days ago

We ask that you please refrain from sending follow up emails for your request as this both slows down our ability to process requests and could bump yours back in the queue. " Finally got a response and it was... not a great one. I don't even think they read my issue and sent out a generic "can't do this because of this" email to get rid of me as fast as possible. Let's hopeit doesn't take multiple weeks to get another response again. |
