Turtle Charm is TERRIBLE

You have to select EVERY SINGLE block node on the tree to achieve 75% block with turtle charm. I count 29 passive nodes that grant +block. You need 28 of those nodes to get max block while using turtle charm. Not to mention the "life on block" gives so little that you can't get anywhere close to being able to sustain a group of enemies attacking you without dying. As far as I can tell this ascendancy is pointless.

Agreed they need to nerf the downside or remove the only when shield is down clause.

You basically need the Glancing Blows keystone to max out Turtle Charm block chance. Pair that with Renly's Training forcing you to only have 40% base block chance (shields can roll up to 47%) and it's just ass to build around. If Turtle Charm was just a universally accessible keystone that wasn't too far from Glancing Blows then that would be 1 thing, but as is it feels bad.
