Restore character

hi i was having some internet issues while logging into the game today

after successfully logging in my sorcerer had been deleted and my character selection was empty

is there any way i can get this character restored as i had a lot of hours on it and progressed to near the end of the campaign

my character was a sorcereress called Delpz
