Cant progress to end game on POE 2 new character

I have completed the game and got to end game on one character however on a second character it will not allow me to progress to end game. When I try and enter a map it says "You cannot access endgame content until you have completed the campaign". When checking old acts its suggesting I need to "Head East" on act one however I have fully completed acts 1-3 on normal and cruel. I have tried to click the option to head east from the hooded man however the option isnt there so I am stuck. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Did you ever fix this? I'm also stuck in the same situation.

You have to complete 1 map using the public mapdevice to finish the campaign and unlock the mapdevice in your HO.

There’s something similar on my end. I can’t complete the main campaign and I’m stuck in the final town with “talk to doryani” I have access to maps and end game but I can’t talk to doryani to complete the quest… so no access to atlas. :( can anyone help? I created a character that’s just sitting there… when I was expecting to have a better experience on a class that I would enjoy more

try talking to doryani in the past, worked for me he shud stand next to portal on the past side
