All natural passive skill not working at all

The skill is either not working at all or its visually not showing it, The DPS and ALL resistances aren't applying to either the character screen or any skills for my witch

Can confirm, instilled the talent on a serpent's egg unique and its not showing or not working. Bit sad about currency waisted (for the time being)

Same here, Instilled damage not applied - however I can see resistances change. Missing 4k dps though...
