HEY GGG, do you guys like the $70 you've stolen from me and now you treat me as invisible?

I have sent you already 2 emails about my issues and no reply as of yet. I have become invisible as I have fallen between the cracks of all the nets that you and Steam have placed to catch and satisfy unhappy customers. So here is my unusual issue:
I have purchased for $70 dollars on Steam, the King of Faridun upgrade and the transaction was successful on Steam(I have the screenshots to prove it) However in the game the purchase of the pack failed. Now Steam will not refund my money because they don't for mtx dlc. And Grinding Gear Games is totally ignoring my emails for 4 days now. Can you please look into this GGG, so I can enjoy your game without any resentments? Thank you.
A clue, I was charged $70 for the upgrade from the previous tier, when I should have been charged less. Basically the game thought I only had the early access purchase, when I already had The Lord of Ogham pack. Basically a glitch of the communication protocol between Steam and GGG probably. Ideally, a refund of the mtx would be appropiate, as if you just unlock the king of Faridun on my account, it will mean I dont get the full value of my purchase back. Thank you again. Please answer or at least acknowledge that you have received my emails, so I don't feel like I am ignored.

Support is very behind, they even made a statement in the news section on here. I've been waiting 10ish days for my issue to get resolved. It sucks but all we can do is be patient.
