I was double charged for the Lord of Ogham upgrade pack via Steam

Hi. Last night I tried to purchase the Lord of Ogham upgrade pack for 30 bucks via steam. It failed with an error like "purchase failed". So I tried again. Same result. About 10 minutes later I received the pack's content (just once) but my steam wallet was hit for 2 30 dollar Lord of Ogham Upgrade packs instead of one. Can you please help me?
