Still no support help

I’m growing to the point where I don’t want to even play the game unfortunately, I paid for early access and can’t get my $100 support pack on the right account. I’ve even gotten the paid pet on twitch.I haven’t gotten a email response or anything. I need to have this fixed soon or I want a full refund please. If would rather be playing the game not worried about this issue. I totally understand that you all are busy but this is something that should have been resolved before the early access even went live. Yes support I’ve already emailed you all but like everyone else idk if your even getting my email.
