PoE 2 is frustrating
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.. I'm not able to complete Act 2 I'm constantly dying, I'm not able to buy better gear, because I don't have the money, If I have it, I don't have the requirements to wear the gear, so I adapt the passive skill tree a bit, and oh well...my money is gone and/or I have too less to buy new stuff from the vendor and the loot is totally crap.. nothing is dropping useful, so wtf? I read guides etc but all this nothing really helping.

In first 1-3 acts almost all builds are underperforming. It becomes better in cruel difficulty(especially when you can get all gems).
Party gameplay is much easier. Try open parties. It can help you to finish first 3 acts without being forced to upgrade your gear. |

open parties is a good suggestion when you hit a wall, also builds start to feel much better at cruel difficulty.

Hey
Try to find a party, it will help a lot. If your build is really totally broke and you don't have money, consider to create a new character, respect will cost you a lot for poor benefits. |

i am sure you can get trough the white mobs if you try hard enough .
as for the bosses when you get there just keep asking in global for someone to help you kill it . eventually someone will , there are so many poe players who feed their ego that way , so it wont take long . |

Thx for replying guys, appreciate it. If I need to create a new char due to a build is not working anymore, I will not play the game anymore. That is definitely not the solution. The Devs can also nerv the other builds too, and then? Playing a new Char again, hell no.
It should be possible to play the game alone, I'm level 29 and my build is playable, thankfully. It has not been nerved yet. I will keep that in mind, so we will see, maybe more patches are coming to make that come with other classes more playable - at least to play alone, don't get me wrong I don't want that the game is too easy, it's good to make progress, but well we will see. |

Get the base / blueprint gear (white) and upgrade it into magic or rare items.
Take care about armor, dodge and elemental shield, depending on what class you play. Elemental resistances play a role too. Damage then is the game, when it comes to synergies or support gems that fit well into your skills. Try to mix up. Use the drop-down menu on the support gem tab, to see, what other option you will have. Get a good amount of health. Use the skill tree in a way, that you can be sure to have a good foundation before moving further and more far away from the base, you have created with your skill points. That's all I can say. I personally am running maps, that seem a tad more difficult, more than 1 times. You can restart a map anytime. Collecting the right orbs and upgrading items is a good bunch of it, I guess. If you are geared up somewhat good, then the next step should be your playstyle (no matter the meta / top player builds), your build, skill-tree etc. Have fun and embrace your freetime as something, that will be immersive. With a sip of tea now and then. Not a session, that has to be rushed, because the community or the game progress in terms of development, is rushing forward. Cheers. |

Everything I've learned about POE2 so far (aside from love your spacebar tenderly and frequently) is all paths lead to Mr. Torgue.
