Slitherspitters are seriously overtuned

Seriously. I'm 56 chaos res but they don't do full chaos damage because it's
not going straight to my life. Please look into these, I've died to these as normal white monsters in tier 1 waystones than I have any boss in the campaign.

They're busy with other things, aka nerfs and making your mapping experience feels like a challenge when it is actually just a bunch of cheap mechanics like monsters literally aim tracking you to 90% motion and making certain spots in maps get you stuck with zero visible indication or monsters teleporting and jumping around while stunning you at the same time. All for the sake of the fake feeling of having a challenge, but without real mechanics. And 70% of the game is still bugged!
