Customer Support? Hello?

Hey, so I’ve tried reaching customer support multiple times over the last week about a problem I’ve had with a data leak and have been requesting a username change, and have not received a reply? Is this common, or is there a better email to reach out to other than "support@grindinggear.com"?

Also want to add, I purchased the Liberator of Wraeclast supporter pack because I love the game and want to support our team, but also because I had heard we would receive extra early access codes with it? I have not received any codes, and have a few friends that are borderline about ARPGs after being burned by Diablo IV.

I know they would love the game as much as I do, but they need access to the game.

This is not usual for GGG, I've played since 2013 and they are really good about getting you the products you pay for but the turnout for PoE2 has exceeded capacity by a historic amount.

They definitely are not ignoring you and will get back to you as soon as they can.

Good luck getting your friends into PoE2, It's been an interesting journey doing the same in PoE1/2
