Account not linked to Path of Exile 2?

Okay, like a week before the launch of early access for path of exile 2, I downloaded and played the first. As you can see I have a witch that is level 31.

I downloaded Path of Exile to the same Playstation 5. And when I log on to Path of exile 2 my account is not linked to poe one. And when I attempt to go from poe one to poe 2 through my account on the website, it states that I did not get early access.

This is weird to me cause I currently have like a level 29 monk in poe 2 yet can not use the website...????

Please Help... Is this a playstation issue or a poe 2 website issue.....????
