Primed for Stun now broken in multiplayer

It appears since the patch last night, Primed for Stun requires normal mobs to be at about 70% or 80% buildup before you can use Boneshatter on them. I understand it was broken before, which the patch fixed, however now it is not working as intended either.
I haven't tested it myself, but it apparently works properly now when solo. Last bumped on Dec 18, 2024, 1:18:23 PM

Can confirm, it takes about 70% for normal mobs to be primed for stun when in party, checked in solo and it works normally. Makes it very hard to play in party, the clear plummeted because of it.

It feels like the devs didn't test multiplayer at all. In a party of 4+ it's 99% for primed for stun on unique and rare enemies. Essentially impossible to hit. Furthermore, act 1 boss in a party of 4 is impossible. We even over leveled the shit out of our characters and we're all following fairly strong builds, but stage 3 of the boss would take 40+ minutes to kill because of the insane DR and HP pool. We can't dodge auto killing comets for that long.

Can confirm this, effectively renders it useless in most cases. But for me its also really inconsistent in singleplayer now.

+1 - warrior using boneshatter for clear, and I can no longer play in a party. Well, I can, but I won't be contributing much hah.

+1 - Have been playing as a warrior in a party with one other person. Enemies now regularly die without ever being primed for stun. Those that are primed are primed at maybe 70%-80% build up as others have stated. Party play is currently impractical as a result.
