Can't see ascendacy skill when i press Uncut Gems

Hi im new in this game and for some reason when i press Uncut Gem , i cannot see the Ascendacy skill in the skill tab so i can check the recommended gems , i could grab random skills and try put in the Ascendacy skill but , that is the thing when i do that is not usable and im wasting support gems.

Any reason why i cant see my ascendacy skill in selection of skills? im so confused
