Support Request for Early Access Key Issue

Hi Support Team,

I recently purchased an Early Access Key for an account created with Steam (Transaction ID: 1555926286). Unfortunately, after completing the purchase and logging into the game, I discovered that Steam Hong Kong does not have PoE 2 available in its store. As a result, I am unable to set my email as the primary login method, which prevents me from playing the game.

Could you please assist me by either:

Adding my email address (smallbeandance@gmail.com) as the primary login method, or
Issuing a refund so I can repurchase the key using a different email.

how come the game cannot login by User ID instead of email...
