Bug report(s) auto targetting and others (controller)
1) In some boss rooms auto targetting will, when you're basically right in front of a boss and facing towards it, do a literal 90 or 180 degree turn to hard focus on absolutely nothing. NOT an add spawn, NOT breakable terrain, literally nothing. You will be attacking NOTHING.
2) Similar to the above, auto targetting will hard swap with absolutely no ability to prevent it from doing so, on non interactive non targettable objects dropped by monsters. For example the large stone wheels carried by those ogres/giants in the mines in act 2, when you kill them their corpse and the wheel drops on the floor and while you can't attack it even if you tried, auto target will hard focus the wheel when you're, again, facing the complete other direction with a horde of monsters right in front of you. 3) This issue has already been in PoE1 for forever: you can't use your quick-deposit button to put things into storage (Y on xbox) when you're in; sanctum/TOTA(poe1)/ultimatum/sandswept marsh basecamp(act 3) 4) With auto target on controller, when actively walking in any direction, even if towards the only monster left in the map, pressing a mark skill (voltaic, havent tested others) will spam cast mark at absolutely every object or non existant target in sight before the actual target right in front of you 5) Skill tree points can be selected and confirmed/locked in after running out of skill points, seemingly completely at random (IE: it allows you to pick some and not others). Locking them in causes the node to get highlighted as if selected, only without the pathing towards it. It doesn't look like it's anything more than visual, and it seems like there's no way to unalocate them, this does not interfere with picking said skill point nodes at a later point with real skill points. NO I am NOT mixing up weapon set points with skill points. 6) You lose your ability to click on/preview items linked in chat with your mouse, when using a controller, after performing certain actions/pressing certain buttons, haven't been able to narrow it down. 7) This might happen with multiple skills but so far I'm only aware of one. When using Elemental Invocation and a trigger skill and want to add a support gem, on controller it will say "This support can't be socketed into this skill" and block view of the sockets. 8) Something causes the amount of minions displayed active to be incorrectly counted. For example I have 6 skeletal archers reserved, and 6 in the battlefield, but the counter says 11. It seems like this bug occurs when you're summoning zombies. 9) In some cases, teleporting out of a combat enabled area very shortly after a new item enters your inventory (confirmed with both picking up of a quest item (water goddess water) as well as withdrawing an item from a public stash tab for a trade) takes that item and drops it on the floor, causing it to be gone unless you go back to retrieve it. Unsure if the following is a bug: Very weird target priority where you could be facing a target that's literally within 2 yards range and it will just 180 and shoot a random mob in the distance that you have no interest in. Auto targetting priority is really fruity, playing a monk it will not stop turning around and whacking tempest bell if I'm facing in the other direction, even if I'm a fair distance away from it, unless I stick whatever monster I am trying to hit between me and the bell
