I need to remove the steam account from this account. Can anyone from support service to help me? Thanks a lot. I got no answer from the support email since several days ago.

Have you emailed them already? Did they totally ignore you? Sorry a yellow post might appear and tell you to email them if you didn't despite you obviously did, just hold your breath and try to stay cool. Happened to all of us here

If you've already sent an email just be patient, they will get to you when it's your turn in the queue. The support staff on the website are the same ones you reach via email and they only handle account related issues via email.
