Act 2 quest Ancient vows quest bugged out on me... advice?

So I ran through normal got both the relics but wouldnt let me put in shrine by WP. So i kept going and googled looked like others had same issue.

So i got to cruel/ act 4 and was tired of them in my bags. So I tossed them on ground and kept going.

Act 2 ancient vows worked fine for me in act5/cruel and now I want to go back and finish in normal. But how do i get the relics back?

I just full cleared keth.. relic didnt drop... plus side I guess I missed a 2 passive point boss while clearing.

Any advice?
