Need advise on the matter of muting due to character name.

So a few days ago I was muted by a GM without knowing the reason. Posted a thread asking about it, got no clear response. When I was unmuted, I texted in Global, then got muted again. This time round, I was informed about the reason, which is that my character name was inappropriate. Emailed support@grindinggear.com for a character name change, got no response. In other words, Im muted indefinitely since I am unable to get a character name change.
