Help Link issue/refund

Hi, I have no idea what I'm doing or how to fix this.

Issue #1
I am playing PoE 2 on steam and I also have my PoE 1 account on the same steam account. When I log into this website all I see is my PoE 1 characters. I have my steam account linked and connected and also my personal email.

Issue #2
I was not aware that if the accounts were linked that you would get things from your PoE1 account. Today, for my PoE 2 account I bought the stash tab bundle. The issue is I did not need to purchase it to begin with, so I need a refund of the points (435 points for Exiles stash bundle). The other issue is, I purchased it and it is not on my account.... So I need somehow to get refunded the points and get my accounts synced up.
