Why are accounts even getting banned/ locked in Early Access

whats a rough timeframe in which we can expect a reply from customer support? Why are these occuring?

They seriously need a new team and new policies at handling accounts. This is not POE 1 level of niche game any more, their ridiculous account policy will just keep getting their tiny support team overwhelmed, we will never see an end to this crap
at this point blizzard has better support than this crap
its unfortunate they put so much time and effort into creating a great game and dump tons of time into advertising but lacked the foresight to ensure its support infrastructure can function on high load.

I just don't see how this will ever get resolved if they don't implement some sort of automate system. Everyday there's another dumpster fire added on top of this dumpster fire, then they get even more email, so there tiny little pipeline gets more clogged.
