Going on day 2 of having my account locked and day 5 of not having my emails returned. when is a rough timeframe in which I can expect a reply back from support?

Yeah I understand that but is this going to take a week? a month? I dont even know why my account was locked. Nothing was legitimately sent me. How long is this going to be?
