GGG, please provide additional clarity on the issue support emails being undelivered

Myself and many others have had our support emails returned with an "undelivered" message after waiting days/weeks for support. The forum post says: "We've now improved the capacity of our tools to process this more emails, so this issue should be improved."

Can we please have guidance on how to proceed with undelivered support emails? I don't know if this means that my email was indeed received or not. I feel like I'm still in the dark and I want a better answer.

I know you guys have been absolutely slammed and are doing your best, but we deserve clarity from the support team at GGG on this issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you have submitted a ticket with the Support team, please do not send follow up messages to check on the status of your request, as this can create further delays.


Ok,thanks. Based on your response that I should rest assured and the official announcement saying not to send follow up messages, I will continue waiting for a response. That's the answer I was looking for, and I'm going to follow this guidance.
