Cannot receive whispers or friends request. Acc. tied to another persons account

I have emailed and posted about this for a week now. I cannot receive whispers in-game or friends requests from friends. It has my account tied to another persons account and if he's offline no one can message me at all. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix this, is there anyway? It's been over a week now and I've sent an email 5 days ago and posted on forums many times with no response.



Steps to replicate....

Add "Moving" in-game

Instead of adding moving it will add another.

Try to message "Moving" in-game.

also unable to get message from my friend "KooKiii#6281"

almost every time he try message game just say error, tried restarting on both ends etc what do?

Think it started once i put DND on but it's off now and im messaging him fine
