Permanent Campaign Stats should be Togglable
If you're going to make Unique gear that is effected by NEGATIVE resistance, there should be an option for me to turn campaign passives on/off. I really don't want to be FORCED to remake a new character just because I picked up +10% Lightning Resistance in act 2 and 5 because I want to build with Doryani's Prototype...
