Turtle Charm

Maybe I'm missing something here, but Turtle Charm seems to be about the worst ascendancy node I've ever used in the path of exile series. I lost 24% block by selecting this node. I would have to spec over to the bottom of the tree to get the last block node to get back up to cap. I already have 4 block nodes and 3 points by start of warrior. It would cost me about 25 more points to get those extra points.. It seems odd that this HUGE penalty is added to this node. I can't even tell that it's blocking any new sources of damage. In my opinion this node is not only "not good" but it is severely detrimental to any block build.

I would also like to add that the "Renly's Training" node actually DECREASES your block chance if your block is over 40% on your shield....
