any ETA on when global broken leech will be fixed?

sucks especially when it takes up expensive to respec ascendancy points, and was part of your carefully planned out build

someone said there's a known global leech issue - does anyone have an ETA on when it's getting fixed?

hm i was playing just now and nothing was different

and it didn't need buffing, but fixing

i was getting literally 1 to 3 energy shield per hit, with 10% leech lol

then that other person said there apparently was a global issue with leech effects

i think it needs fixing, not buffing

will test again tomorrow when i'm up
