Crashing on entering maps and losing waystone+boss nodes

It happened 3 times now, i instantly lose connection when trying to enter the portal to the map, after relogging i find that i lost my highest tier waystones and the map nodes thinks i failed the map, so no more boss mode or other modifiers on it.

I got the same problem trying to enter portals, but also sometimes it happens at random times.

The Log Message i get for thesde is the following:
2024/12/12 11:30:00 8409468 9237e8f [INFO Client 19980] Abnormal disconnect: An unexpected disconnection occurred.

Same. I get dced whenever i try to enter a map and the portals + map are lost.

same around 10 times minimum

[Removed by Support] is a scammer i accidentally over paid him 10 divine orbs and he will not return the overpayment, do not deal with this person.
I need a GGG employee to PM please to look at the transaction logs and ban him for scamming
