The high road atlas passive

Its been a few days now that I'm talking this and removing it to test. I noticed that the first time I took it, there were fewer waystones drop and I have even successions that had no waystone dropped and the rest were really low tier waystones. I tried removing it and swap it for 2 higher tier waystone node on the atlas and I noticed that higher tier waystone drops often.

For context, I divided my waystone sessions and I used anywhere from 125% to 300% waystone drop rate and comparing my last session, with High road node taken with 300% waystone drop (was doing T8), I got a total of 4 waystone, 1 tier 1, 1 tier 3, 1 tier 6 and 1 tier 7. Without high road taken and 125% waystone drop (still t8), I got 2 tier 7,1 tier 9 and 1 tier 10. These were consistent across all my 4 sessions.

It a very small sample size and was curios if other people have the same experience.
