FPS Issues in many locations

Does everyone else get constant FPS drops on PS5?
It drops from 60-70 to as low as 24. This needs addressing, it makes game unplayable in some locations - especially with frequent lags (At least on Frankfurt gateway).


My In-game settings:

Dynamic res - Checked
Upscale mode - NIS
Max render resolution - 50%
Lightning - Shadows
Refresh rate - 120Hz
Dynamic Culling - Checked


Checked many different settings, You can increase the fps count by TWO, making the game looking like a mosaic in the process.
