Bricked my Character - need help

Hi GGG

So im an idiot im aware - no need to state the obvious!

I removed the large soul core from my inventory in act 6 cruel and whenever i try to

"return to the infested barrens and activate the stone altar"

The character keeps trying to put the stone in the altar as if the code has noticed i completed the quest but it cannot find the inventory item to delete so it just loops

I have tried re killing the boss to drop the large soul core and it does not drop for me anymore


This has obviously bricked this character which is a bit upsetting but i guess its early access :/
