Act 2 final boss

I found this boss incredibly underwhelming, Very easy, Very slow, Very uninteresting.

I would suggest the Sand cannons fire periodically but deal much more damage, Preventing passage across them for a short duration (5-7 seconds with them being disabled for 3-4 seconds) forcing the player to manage the fight in smaller sections at times.

His cleave is harmless, please have him chain it into a double swing or even a triple.

This does not feel like an act boss outside of its plot and only its plot.

I do not recommend mindlessly increasing flat dmg as it’s generally the easy and cheap way out of boss design specifically when it comes to boss buffs/reworks. But i believe some of it is warranted.
