Lags and freezing on PS5

Since the start of early access, the game has a lot of lags and freezes. FPS drops to 30 very often. Everything is very bad in the city, especially in Act 2. I played on Diablo 4 and the situation is several times better, no lags, no freezes. I tried different settings. Changing the location does not fix the problem. I play on TV full hd. I know it's early access and I really hope it gets fixed. Thanks GGG.
