About the effects of flash grenades..

Can the instant flash effect of flash grenades be reduced or canceled?
In some dark scenes or around you, there will still be a strong shining effect.
This will make my eyes uncomfortable :(

My light settings have only been set to shadow

Same here, monitor set to as dim as i can, blue filter light on and still it's kinda unbereable for me.
Even happy to pay an MTX to hide that
