Shooting interrupted with crossbow issue

At first i thought that because my controller was old and R2 cause that issue, but when i try with my brand new controller, the issue still happen

When i shooting, sometime i got interrupted even i still have bullets and i don't press reload, it happen with both Galvanic Shards and Shockburst rounds

Its a mess when im in Ritual or Breach content, got a lot of dead and loosing the map
