Filtering by relative price on trade site is very confusing

Can someone explain what "relative" even means in the trade filter? I cannot find anything about it online.

Adding some kind of "relative price" table somewere for each currency can help

Yeah, or maybe update the relative price automatically based on the in-game currency exchange. It looks like trade is equating 7 ex to 1 div, but the in-game exchange shows 60 ex to 1 div as of todays date.
