Cast on freeze dead? not enjoyable anymore

I cant even run a map anymore?

I understand the low level ignite balance.
But im running around casting ice shards freezing mulitple mobs, and no trigger anymore.

I still died alot if i didnt play safe and changed my build alot around the mana cost.

Now all that time and effort in gear seems worthless. i cant even run a map.


Edit:
I even use alot of freeze buildup and chain on freezing shards.


Pls make this feel better.
Took a day of to play and now it seems like i need to make another character?

My friends are running sick minion builds that they havent put alot of gear into thats way better than cast on freeze was before. Do we reaaly all need to play necros?
