GGG: Tune Obviously-Weak Skills, Too

It's understandable to tune things that are overperforming. I know this isn't the usual philosophy, but this isn't a usual release, either, and I agree with the approach.

But I just got my 5th/6th ascendancy points as Invoker after the grueling experience of the Sekhema trials (worst thing in the game rn for melee), and took Elemental Expression.

It's doing 200 average damage when it procs, which is only on a crit (~40% chance), and consuming 45 of my 655 mana to do so. It has a 17.5% chance to crit, so we'll put it at 230 damage, at gem level 18 with 4 supports. My basic ability does about 4k when it crits, my strongest does over 10k. I failed several attempts at ascending, spent several exalts to get more Djinns, and hours of game time to get to this point, and because of my stubbornness in not googling this stuff before I try it, this is what I get.

I actually wish I could turn it off, because I can't think of anything 'utility' that I can do with it that isn't already being handled elsewhere, and it's now chewing through my mana to do a 2% increase of damage, if that.

I know you want to be careful about turning any dials up, rather than down. But this is the 'Juice' node in my tree, or it was supposed to be, and where other builds are seeing 30-40% more damage, I get something that makes me sink points into mana regen for no return at all.

I also understand this is EA and finding things like this is kind of the point. But we've seen a lot of builds nuked a week in. Let's show some love to some of the bad outliers, I'm sure I can't be the only one who experienced a pain like this with part of their build.
