MF is great again, but why?

In PoE1, MF was such a terrible disease that there were groups in the TFT to search for MF, Because of this eventually removed the quantity on armor from the game, and the quantity from party play, leaving only rarity, and diversified most of any mechanic leagues according to the level of currency received per hour (before the addition of T17).

And now GGG is making the same mistakes again?

The number of drops from 0 rarity and 60 rarity is different, like heaven and earth. If the solo player has not collected the rarity, he will be sad, and the party play is back on top.

Yeah, very strange. Also a great way to ultimately shoehorn everyone into whatever build fits the most MF on. My hunch is someone at GGG has a nostalgic love of mf cullers.
