Free respecs for those who had a massively nerfed skill equipped?

There's a lot of people getting stranded with the recent Energy changes - in the Endgame but no longer able to clear anything to farm for a respec, as a respec becomes massively expensive later on.

Would GGG consider giving free respecs based on this, just as they did for people who had the newly changed node cluster specced in?

Cast on triggers are dead, I do a 10th of the damage i used to. I have 30k Gold and need 400k to properly respec, not including the gear changes.

If this doesnt get rectified, I'm not going to continue playing.
GGG is very aware its frustrating to be nerfed part way into a league, hence why it's practically never been done in PoE 1.

So why not compensate as a result?
I have a character here in maps that I've invested 60 hours into. Who I can't even do content with. Makes no sense.

I also don't know what to do now that my build was ripped apart by GGG. Considering just waiting till full release if any bit of funs just going to be nerfed away. Not gonna spend 70hours just to have a flip switched and ruin any sort of build I was working on.

Increase mana consumption
Reduce trigger skill damage
He chose the least brain intensive method (vacation, vacation)
Directly disable the trigger skill
It's similar to deleting it
No gold coins, wash talent again, start over
Now, just like disabled people, brush T1 and T2 to collect coins
