What's the deal with "LEAVE" being the first thing I see as a leader of a guild?

Why is "LEAVE" the first thing I see as a guild leader? wtf? This is got to change guys. Furthermore there's no way to quick travel to guild. I have to select Alva then choose "select hideout". wtf? This is dumb
