Game Stutters to 2fps when spinning/turning/aiming my character

This is pretty funny when I realised what was happening. However, this makes the game hilariously un-playable.

What I have tried so far: Specs: 7800x3d 4090 32gb 6000mhz cl30


all settings to default did not help

changing the mouse did not help (I thought it was a Hz thing)

restarting the PC did not help

verifying game files did not help

loading into a new server location did not help


yes, it micro stutters like hell every time I turn/aim my character when blasting

yes, this only started to happen after the patch today.

Anyone got any fixes?

EDIT: IT WAS THE MOUSE. ANYTHING ABOVE 1K HZ LAGS IT OUT. Thats so funny
