Game keeps pausing/crashing

Game keeps pausing once I add a skill points into mana Regen while moving. Also causes cast on freeze to no longer accumulate correct energy amount via skill point modifiers. Was working fine pre latest patch. Please HOTFIX otherwise can no longer play due to not being able to progress.
