Can’t pass first town after update on PS5

After the massive nerf to my sorc, I decided to test the Ranger. I can’t progress because the door to the first area after the first town do not open.

Update: The problem was that in PS5 the message to create a new skill before enter the next area was not shown in this gameplay. In the PC realm the message was shown and I was able to continue.
