Raging Spirits gem quality on this gem no longer does anything.

So Raging Spirits was recently changed so that the absolute limit on the number of Raging Spirits that can be summoned per casting of a spell is 5 and that no longer goes up with level. So only their stats will increase (I think) with gem level.

However, that also means that the Gem Quality listed on the gem no longer does anything, as it cannot increase the summon per spell cast limit anymore.

So, the gem description, and likely the functionality of the gem, is bugged.

Unless the quality description is meant to increase the TOTAL number of spirits that can be in existence at one time, in which case the Gem Quality is just terrible instead, because casting a third fire spell would get you 1 new spirit and then expire and replace the 4 oldest spirits.

Also, if somebody from GGG does read this, please consider changing Infernal Legion to 40% of max life lost as fire damage per second like it was in PoE1, so that we can have resistances on our minions again.

Right now, even with Feeding Frenzy equipped, you still can't have more than 20% minion fire resistance, because that will stop the spirits from dying before their timer expires. Which means Minion Instability will not functions unless you keep your minion resistances extremely low.

If this is by design, then that is a massive downside having to not give more than 20% resistances to your minions without shutting off SRS/IF/MI. I feel like since the first showing of this skill though had it at the classic 40%, that this was just a design oversight.

Otherwise this is a rather enormous down side to using this skill combination that I feel was unintentional.
